Who is CIMOX really for? +
Primarily DACH vacation rental agencies with about 8–40 units. Starter exists for independent hosts with up to 7 units. Enterprise 100+ is not our focus.
Why not “from €12.50”? +
Because serious agency software needs onboarding, import and support. Dumping prices attract the wrong customers and do not fund reliability or German process depth.
Does CIMOX replace Smoobu or Guesty? +
If you mainly need a cheap channel manager for two apartments: probably not. If you need owners, cleaning, tourist tax and agency finance: that is what CIMOX is built for.
How does the channel manager work? +
Via a connected channel-manager layer (API) plus iCal where useful. Goal is stable occupancy — not marketing claims about “40 channels” without operations.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Monthly plans have no forced annual lock-in. Paid period remains usable until the end. Onboarding fees are one-time and non-refundable after delivery.
What is included in onboarding? +
Booking import, property setup, email templates, tourist tax/cancellation, channel connect and a walkthrough with your team — so you are not configuring alone.
